I became interested in Manorial Property rights, Manorial Research and Manorial Law about 24 years ago, I also have a particular keen interest in the little-known but very important area of manorial rights which has grown in significance in recent years with increasing interest in the law concerning mineral exploitation and renewable energy.

 

I also have a keen passion in all aspects of manorial rights covering and including lordship title, registration issues, valuations, transmission of manors, manorial waste, foreshore and coastal manors, mineral rights and the treatment of manorial rights under the commons registration Act 1965 and the Commons Act 2006.

 

I have used my expertise, passion and experience of Manorial Law together with my business knowledge in creating our website, it has taken 24 years to gain the legal knowledge and understanding in order to setup this website, you will see from the information and the manorial lordships we have advertised for sale on this website, that we have put our experience and organisation skills to a very unusual and difficult subject.
