‘‘The Manorial Register’’ of The Manorial Guild ® is The Manorial Register of Feudal Lords and Barons of The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

 

"History of the Guild"

 

The Manorial Guild ® was founded on 21st September 2009

 

The Manorial Register of The Manorial Guild ® was first established on 10th October 2010.

 

 The Manorial Guild ® was organised as an Non-profit-organization managed by a Committee.

 

The Manorial Guild ® originally purpose was establishing ‘‘The Manorial Register’’ of The Manorial Guild ® because the Land Registry ceased first registration of Manorial Lordships with Franchises in 2003.

 

‘‘The Manorial Register’’ of The Manorial Guild ® is The Manorial Register of Feudal Lords and Barons of The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

 

On the 4th February 2011, it was decided by the committee of The Manorial Guild ® to register The Manorial Guild ® as a Limited Company in order to protect the intellectual rights to our name and to prevent others from attempting to use our good name.

 

On the 11th November 2011, it was decided by the committee of The Manorial Guild ® to register The Manorial Guild ® as a Trade Mark Name in order to protect and to prevent others from misusing our intellectual rights to our name by Trade Marking our name it will be easier for The Manorial Guild ® to take legal action against companies who use our name without our permission.

 

On the 6th April 2012 The Patent Office granted and registered the name of  Manorial Guild ® and The Manorial Guild ® as a Trade Mark Name under Registration Number 2601021.

 

On the 3rd August 2010 it was decided by the committee of Governors of The Manorial Guild ® to seek out and to establish a long term co-operating relationship with a heraldic organisation which provides registration and grants of Armorial Bearings to members of The Manorial Guild ®

 

On the 10th October 2010 it was approved by the committee of the Governors of The Manorial Guild ® to establish ‘‘The Nobility Register’’ of Foreign Titles.

 

"Our Aims and Goals"

 

The Manorial Guild ® was created to provide an environment for lords and ladies, and honourable people who wish to get together to enjoy the best of British fun at our social events.

 

Our members are mainly from the United Kingdom, with some also from Ireland and overseas.

 

Our objectives and aims are to look after the interests of all our members.

 

The Manorial Guild ® will be, and intends to be, an independent official authoritative body.

 

The Manorial Guild ® will be run by its members for its members. Its objectives and vision are:

 

“To develop a Manorial Guild that members will feel proud to belong to.”

 

• To promote manorial heritage

• To promote the study of manorial history and traditions.

• To organise social events and meetings as desired by the membership.

• To promote the manorial system, and to support the British Monarchy.

• To develop The Manorial Guild ® that members will feel proud to belong to.

• To bring together honourable people for the purpose of charity, benevolence, and social activities.
