WELCOME TO MANORIAL LORDSHIPS LTD WEBSITE
Robert Smith | Director || of The Manorial Society of Great Britian Ltd & Manorial Auctioneers Ltd
Dear Robert Smith
Email Sent 27 January 2012 17:44 manorial@msgb.co.uk
I am writing to you to ask you to kindly return monies paid for manorial titles Not received
Lordship of Rufford, Nottinghamshire £ 2,825.50 Paid by Bacs 24 May 2010
Lordship of Wellow, Nottinghamshire £ 8,200.00 Paid by Bacs 19 April 2011
Please can you pay the total sum of £ 11,025.50 in to my Bank Account
Lord Sean Thomas
Arthur Rafferty, Baron of Ballyanne.
I have email and written to Robert Smith owner of website www.msgb.co.uk several times to ask for monies to be refunded to me for manorial titles not received
In May 2010 he was selling the Manorial Lordship of Rufford, I paid my deposit of £2825.50 and 22 months later I still have not received any paper work from his solicitor
Additionally I have also paid a deposit of £ 8200.00 on the Manorial Lordship of Wellow only to find that there is about £16,000.00 pound worth of liabilities due to be paid if I became the lord of the Manor of Wellow,
I found this out after i personally carried out 3 months of research,
Robert Smith said to myself Mr. James Hilton Lord of the Manor of Wellow did not inform me of any liabilities
I asked him did you ask him in writing about liabilities and he said we never ask or enquire about such things.
Buying a title is a bit of a punt, I told Mr. Robert Smith that i was shocked by this statement
I have written and emailed him several times and now he refuses to take my calls and he has asked that I do not phone him or write to him and he is refusing to repay my deposit that I have paid his company
Because I truly personally believe that Robert Smith | Director || of The Manorial Society of Great Britain Ltd & Manorial Auctioneers Ltd is not a person who you can trust, I wish for every person to know what type of dishonourable person he really is
I urge you to exercise caution when dealing with Robert Smith because i now have
to issue a county court summons against his ltd company
I do not hold much luck in getting my money back because one of his former companies
Manorial Research Ltd went bust owing creditors close to nearly a million pounds.
ROBERT
SMITH RECEIVED A COUNTY JUDGEMENT FOR SELLING FAKE TITLES
"In the circumstances, it is hardly surprising that Stephen McPartlin, the aggrieved lord of the non-existent manor of Flushing, was suing Robert Smith ". Judgement was granted to Stephen McPartlin on 9th August 2001, and he was awarded £4,500 against Robert Smith

People should know what
a U.K Judge said about Robert Smith:
His honour Judge Cooke said about Robert Smith
"Robert Smith & his organisation (Manorial Society) are seriously deficient when it comes to what could be called the legal or professional side. Although he undertakes the duties of an auctioneer he is, I think, less than precise as to those duties, both as to how to conduct business and how to deal with the other people's money."
His Honour Judge Cooke also said about Robert Smith:
"(1) His methods of doing business are ill-organised and inefficient
(ii) that he is a careless researcher, near to the point of recklessness
(iii) that he has no proper "feel" for his duties as a handler of other people's money
(iv) I have to say this, that many statements made by him in documents were NOT TRUE or not to be relied on."
His Honour Judge Cooke also said about Robert Smith:
"The research was said by Mr Smith to be that of "unnamed assistants", some of them from American university. Judge Cooke said I am not very satisfied about this. I think it is largely his work, and anyway he put his oath to it and his duty was to check what he swore to.
I make these statement because i know them to be true also this information is available in the public domain.

“The Manorial Honours System” Researched, Restored and Resurrected”
Working closely with our legal experts, Who have many years of experience in the field of property litigation concerning manorial rights and manorial law, We take the lost, discarded and dormant historic manorial title, and we also take all the historical research and information about the lost title and we restore the manorial title by a legally approved, proven set of practices using a combined predicted knowledge and created methodology and process know legally as ‘The Manorial Honours System’ which re-establishes the manorial lordship title as if they were never lost.
Manorial Feudal Title
After our legal process, we have what in law is termed a legal entities called an incorporeal hereditament in our case an inheritable right to possess the incorporeal hereditament which is the manorial title contained in the seigniory of the physical manor that previously existed in law, so that the new custodian may have the enjoyment of the restored and re-established lord of the manor title.
Manorial Law
We are able in law to create this inheritable legal right which can be inherited, The law we use is evidenced by a set of legal deeds which have been written by our legal experts.
Restored & Re-established Service
We are able to restore and re-establish manorial titles by using two legal authorities of English Law and also by using Intellectual Property Rights and the Common Law which is the law developed by judges through decisions of courts which is known as Case Law or Precedent Law.
Common Law
Common Law has existed since the middle ages when Henry II the first Plantagenet King of England instigated a unified system of Common Law in England in 1154.
The Law of Property Act 1922 - 1925
In Modern Law you can legally buy and sell manorial titles under two Acts of Parliament, The Law of Property Act 1922 – 1925 and The Conveyancing Act of 1881.
Intellectual Process of Methodology
We have made it legally possible to identify and to find lost, discarded and dormant historic manorial titles, We use a legal method and process called “The Manorial Honours System” which restores and re-establishes the lost title as if it was never lost, we then transfer the legal rights of the historic manorial title by a legally written and witnessed documentation to the customer who will then becomes the honourable custodian of the manorial lordship title.
